Meghan Dyer leads design and construction planning for the Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park (IQMP), helping shape a campus that supports quantum computing, advanced manufacturing and applied R&D. She works across sectors to align infrastructure, programming and long-term feasibility with the Park’s innovation goals.
Meghan began her career studying architecture at Tulane just after Hurricane Katrina and was the Make It Right Foundation’s first intern helping to rebuild the lower 9th ward of New Orleans. In Chicago, she has worked as an architect, owner’s rep at IFF supporting nonprofit projects, and director of architecture for several real estate developers. Her cross sector experience brings a critical lens to planning and delivery, ensuring IQMP meets complex spatial, technical and economic needs.
