Lauren Wilson is the Chief Operating Officer for the Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park. Lauren joins the IQMP from the KPMG Infrastructure, Capital Projects and Climate Advisory practice. In her role as a director, Lauren led teams advising public sector and higher education clients on complex infrastructure and real estate transactions. During this time she advised clients on the development, financing and procurement of economic development initiatives, transit projects, multimodal transportation facilities, mixed-use developments, and affordable, workforce and student housing. Lauren began her career at the World Bank, where she advised emerging market governments on infrastructure policy, planning and project finance.
Lauren holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and BA in Economics and international Relations from St Andrews University.
