Oscar Bedolla is the Chief Strategy Officer for the Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading strategic planning, large-scale program execution and economic development initiatives across technology, infrastructure and public and private sector organizations. Most recently, Oscar served as Head of Insights, Performance, Analytics and Technology (IPAT) for Amazon International Corporate Finance, where he oversaw strategic planning and program execution across a multibillion-dollar global portfolio.
Prior to Amazon, Oscar was a Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy Consulting practice, where he led program management, go-to-market strategy and partnership development while managing a portfolio of multi-sector client engagements. Earlier in his career, he was appointed to serve as Director of Economic and Community Development for the City of Cincinnati, where he helped structure public-private partnerships.
Oscar is the co-founder of Flourish, a nonprofit fine arts accelerator that provides funding and professional services to visual artists and curators while advancing Chicago’s creative economy. He holds a Master of International Public Policy and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Hampton University.
