When Dwayne Digby was just starting his career, the U.S. Steel mills in South Chicago offered him a motor inspector apprenticeship, putting him on his path to become an electrician. 

Even though the mills eventually closed, Dwayne and his wife, financial consultant Flora Digby, never stopped believing in their community.

Now, as non-profit leaders, they envision a chance for future generations to access the jobs and opportunities that left when U.S. Steel South Works closed — and the #IQMP is a big part of that revitalization.
